Terms and Conditions

We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the rental items for your date. Final payments with all changes must be made 30 days prior to the event date.

We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure a Weather Contingency tent for your date.Final decision must be made 48 hours prior to the event date by 12pm.

The items will be reserved once we receive your non refundable deposit.

If the wind conditions exceed more than 30mph, tents will NOT be set up.
